We’ve been flying under the radar since the launch of StoYo in January 2016 but that all changed when the Online Marketing Rockstars Podcast went live in February this year. We were then very happy to join Europe’s largest conference for content marketing, the Content Marketing Conference & Exposition (CMCx) in Munich.

We enjoyed speaking to hundreds of content marketing experts at our booth and were super happy to have the guys from Contains Coffee on board to give away delicious specialty coffee. It didn’t take long until even the guests from the Internet World (took place in the same hall as CMCx) knew they could get the best coffee at our booth… Thanks guys! Over the two day conference, our booth was crowded by so many people that we had a hard time serving everyone and telling them how they can get incredible Branded Social Videos with enormous organic reach on their own social accounts.
Most of the other exhibitors were more traditional companies and big enterprises like Getty images or Bild so we felt that we stood out quite a bit, but we think that was definitely to our advantage :)The highlight of the conference was by far when our Founder & CEO Patrick Bales gave a keynote speech on the main stage.It was actually his first keynote as the CEO of StoYo, “I was a bit nervous in the beginning about how this big crowd of experts would receive us, but the response in the end was completely overwhelming and it was a lot of fun.”

To sum it up, we can easily say that the event was a big success for us. We came back with so many leads that it will take many days to follow up with all of them. Shoutout to the organizers for a wonderful event. See you next year!
